Cabin Air Filters
A clean air filter will ensure proper ventilation through your heating and air conditioning vents. It filters dust, pollen, mold, and other airborne particles. Ask your technician for your vehicle’s recommended intervals.
Air Filters
A clean air filter will maintain proper airflow to your engine and improve performance and fuel efficiency.
Fuel Injector & Systems Cleaner
Adding Oil Changers Fuel Injector and Systems Cleaner to your gas tank with every oil change will remove deposits from your fuel injectors, carburetors and fuel system components to maximize power output and fuel economy.
Premium Fuel System Treatment
Our Premium Fuel System Treatment is a concentrated gasoline additive. It should be used every 6000-7500 kms or 15 tanks of fuel to remove harmful deposits that
accumulate in the fuel system and on engine components.
Windshield Wiper Blades
We will replace your worn wiper blades to help improve visibility and safety.
Lights
We will replace burned out lights on most vehicles.
Differential Fluid Change
The differential fluid works with the transmission to deliver power from the engine to the axle to rotate the wheels. Like engine oil, heat causes wear on differential fluid, which can lead to excessive wear on the gears and bearings. Follow manufacturers recommended schedule for service intervals.
Serpentine/Drive Belt Replacement
A serpentine belt is a single, continuous belt used to power multiple devices in your engine. These include the alternator, power steering pump, water pump, A/C compressor and air pump. If your serpentine belt breaks it will cause numerous components in your vehicle to stop working and leave you stranded. Oil Changers will check your belt every time you get your oil changed and alert you if they see signs of wear.
Breather Elements
Breather elements filter engine gases and work in conjunction with PCV valves. Recommended once per year or every 20,000 km.
Radiator Fluid Change
Engine coolant, or anti-freeze, ensures your engine doesn’t freeze or overheat. Engine coolant works by removing heat from the engine block, protecting the engine and lubricating the water pump seals. Over time coolant loses its ability to protect vital engine parts. Follow manufacturers recommended schedule for service intervals.
Battery Replacement
The battery provides electrical energy to crank the starter and get the engine running. It also provides energy to the lights, heater, radio, air conditioning and other electronics. Over time the battery will lose its ability to store and hold an electrical charge, making it difficult to start your vehicle especially in cold Canadian temperatures. Oil Changers can check your battery and help identify a change in the condition and state of the charge. Check locations to see if they offer battery replacement for your vehicle when the time comes around.
Transmission Fluid Change
Your transmission transfers energy from the engine to the wheels to get your vehicle moving. Transmission fluid lubricates, cools, and cleans the inside of the transmission while maintaining the necessary pressure inside the transmission, required for it to function properly. Whether your transmission is automatic or manual the transmission fluid will eventually break down. If it isn’t replaced, components inside can overheat which will cause transmission failure. Follow manufacturers recommended schedule for service intervals.
PCV Valve
The Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve automatically controls the flow of engine gases. Recommended once per year or every 20,000 km.
Multi-Point Inspection
Our multi-point inspection is included every time you visit one of our locations. It includes a visual inspection of: headlights, taillights, lamps, & lenses, wiper blades, all fluid levels, air filters, PVC Valve and/or Breather Filter, Serpentine/Drive Belt, Exhaust system, shocks & struts, C.V. Boots, Fuel & Brake Lines, and a look under the vehicle for damage.
